These terms cover this website and the waitlist. They are deliberately short, because there is not yet a service to license: Yumee is in build. A separate customer agreement will govern the service itself, and you will be asked to accept it when you sign up — not by continuing to read this page.
What this site is
getyumee.com describes a product under construction. Anything on it about what Yumee will do is a description of what we are building, not a promise that it exists today or a commitment to a date.
Prices shown are indicative. Nothing on this site can be purchased, and joining the waitlist does not create a contract, reserve anything, or commit you to buy.
The waitlist
Give us an email address and we will email you when Yumee opens. You can unsubscribe from any message, and you can ask us to delete the address at any time.
Please use an address you are entitled to use. We do not verify addresses beyond checking that they are well formed.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to this site or anything behind it. Do not submit other people's details to the waitlist.
If you find a security problem, email us before publishing it and we will work with you.
Our content
The wordmark, brand and site copy are ours. Quote us and link to us freely; do not present our material as your own product.
No warranty for this site
This site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available or error-free, and nothing on it is professional, clinical or legal advice.
Nothing here limits consumer rights you have under the law of your own country that cannot be limited — the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, or UK consumer law, whichever is yours.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Yumee is being incorporated as a UK company, which will be the contracting entity for the service itself.
